Better Together Animal Alliance (BTAA) seeks a Transformational Giving Officer whose focus is on increasing what’s possible for people and animals in need. With a primary focus on securing major gifts, the Transformational Giving Officer will serve as the link between supporters and their philanthropic intent and the impact the organization makes in the lives of cats, dogs, and the people who love them. Reporting to the Development Director, they will be responsible for identifying prospective major donors and cultivating relationships that lead to major gifts. This includes conducting prospect research, developing and implementing personalized and effective solicitation strategies, and stewarding donors throughout the major giving process.

They maintain the privacy of BTAA’s supporters and maintain discretion in all personal information as it relates to donors. In addition to their natural people skills, they maintain a high attention to detail, record keeping, and organization. They thrive with a plan and understand the importance of systems that keep them organized.
