The Conservation Project Manager works with KLT’s Conservation Director to help protect land and care for public spaces. This role includes working closely with landowners and partners, managing conservation easements, helping complete land deals, and keeping projects on track. You’ll also help care for KLT’s public properties, organize volunteers, and support community outreach. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about conservation, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized while handling multiple projects.
