Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, stable, and detail-oriented Jr Executive Assistant to support a serial entrepreneur overseeing multiple businesses under one roof, including a rental company with approximately 10 long-term rental properties.
This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter who can bring focus, structure, and clear priorities to a wide range of projects and daily operations. The Executive Assistant will act as a first point of contact, helping filter requests to management, solve problems independently, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently; whether by doing the work directly, preparing what’s needed, or delegating appropriately.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to “jump in” where needed are essential. Tech-savviness, adaptability, and professionalism are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of contact for management, handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Support senior staff with bookkeeping, property management, and administrative tasks

Communicate directly with tenants and guests, including scheduling, issue resolution, and follow-ups

Update and manage contracts, records, and documentation

Show rental properties and meet with tenants or guests as needed

Update websites and online listings
-
Assist with resolving discrepancies and operational issues

Post items for sale and manage related communications

Assist with setting up for events (including weddings) on occasion

Perform or assist with cleaning rentals or guest rooms when required
Work may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on daily needs.

Strong command of written and spoken English
Compensation
-
$18/hour starting wage for the first 100 hours of training
-
$21/hour after 150 hours, pending performance review
-
Performance reviews and pay adjustments based on performance, aptitude, pace, efficiency, and leadership
Hours & Schedule
-
Full-time: 20–40 hours per week
-
Scheduled work hours fall between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Flexible schedule required

Ability to work some weekend shifts is required
