Macgregor 26 M 2004 freshwater motor-sail boat. Price reduced to $15,000 so I don’t have to store it for the winter.   Boat spends the winter inside. This is a pampered boat with only two owners and has spent the last 16 years exclusively in freshwater with no zebra mussels, etc. The 40 horse Suzuki 4 stroke motor is serviced every year and we have put only about 280 hours on it while we have owned it. It has CDI roller furler and a 2 year old main sail with lines leading aft. Garmin with location, depth and fish finder, Bimini, BBQ grill, two anchors with rode, and cockpit cushions. Below deck there is a queen size bed and a small bow bed, comfortable seating and a removeable table, Sirius-XM radio, plus a sink, mirror and bathroom with a porta potty, AC inverter, main power shut off switch, plus lots of storage. It has extras like custom bug screens shelving and an inflatable kayak.
