New old stock. Box never opened. The Full Swing mounts on the rear of the vehicle via a 2" hitch receiver (not included). It will carry up to four bikes weighing up to 40 lbs. each, and can be swung to the side even when fully loaded to allow access to rear of vehicle. It also folds down when not in use. Comes complete with integrated security to lock the bikes to the carrier and the carrier to the vehicle. The Full Swing retails new for $650. Cost of this one is $350. Cash only - local only.
