Hi! My name is Meghan and I am a medical professional looking to relocate to take a job nearby.

I am originally from Alaska, and recently living in Montana where most of my family is. I have family down in Kendrick ID, too! I am a quiet friendly neighbor. When I'm not working, I'm biking, exploring or road tripping to see family friends and new places to hike or bike. 

-I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom but open to a cozy studio

-looking for something available January 1st

-1 year lease or 6 month lease with option to extend; do not want to have to move out in summer.

-in sandpoint proper or 5ish minutes from downtown 

- would like to spend less around 1500/month but can go higher for perfect fit
-prefer unfurnished
-private location
I would prefer place not be attached to another home-unless very private and away from other animals, children etc). I love kids and dogs but do have a small 11yo French bulldog and just want to avoid any disruptions and want it to feel like my own space if that makes sense (: He is the best dog though and fully Kennel trained house broken and even trained as a therapy dog. He also is certified as a service animal , so a great house guest. Rarely barks unless someone is outside door that he will alert me to.
