We are renting our newly furnished spacious and sunny master bedroom with a private bathroom and packed kitchenette in our boho Sandpoint home. All utilities are included so your expenses here would be near $28 a day. We are an outdoorsy couple looking for like-minded people who desire a peaceful household. One of us is here part time. We live in a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood with gardens, a fire pit, chickens, two cats, and beautiful mountain views. We are close to the SPOT bus, library, YMCA, hiking trails, Lake Pend Oreille, and Schweitzer. The master bedroom can also be bundled with a smaller bedroom as a study, a TV room, or for your workout/yoga practice. Whatever would suit your needs. Various lease options are available.
