In Sandpoint proper, near Division and Baldy, we outdoorsy, empty-nesters, our two cats and urban chickens are looking for a reliable, like-minded person to rent our fully furnished bedroom in our sunny boho household, all utilities included. We invite you to make the space your own, decorate as you'd like, move the furniture. Shared spaces are the entry, livingroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Firepit and seasonal gardens are available to enjoy, as well. We think you'll like this newer family neighborhood with great views of the mountains, a dark sky backyard, and Miller's Store just around the corner. We're close to downtown, the SPOT bus, YMCA, library and the 'red barn' from where Schweitzer Mountain Resort's bus will sweep you up to the ski lift.

Required are two references, a $30 background check, first month's rent and a $500 refundable deposit.  No smoking. Pets and personalized lease options will be considered.
