NOW HIRING! Cleaning & Guest Services Manager

Daugherty Management, Sandpoint’s premier provider of luxury vacation home rentals and property management seeks a “key” hire for our team.

Our Cleaning & Guest Service Manager will be responsible for the quality control and management of our housekeeping and guest service business. See our website for the amazing homes you’ll be working in and around: www.dm-vacations.com

Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, Training, Managing housekeepers, scheduling and all quality control of our vacation rental and residential cleaning business.
- Cleaning and leading/managing teams for our top properties
- Inventory management of supplies
- Guest Services
- meet and greet vacation rental guests at top homes to welcome them, answer questions, schedule maid services, schedule concierge services (like catering, private chef, etc)
- care for owner homes with house checks and work with maintenance and property care staff

Requirements:
1. Prior professional cleaning experience
2. Experience managing other people and projects
3. Well organized, attentive to detail, dependable, must have reliable transportation for Sandpoint’s four seasons.
4. Positive “can do” attitude, good written and verbal skills, creative problem solver.
5. Basic experience with computers (writing, inventory management)
6. Ability to work in a positive, hard working, fun company that is growing quickly.

Full time is needed immediately— however this could also be a job share position for two people May-September.

Compensation: $18/hour plus full medical insurance (must work 30+/hours per week to qualify for insurance) Significant cash bonuses twice yearly. A successful person has the ability to grow with our company, with potential for salary position and other benefits.
