Must have extensive experience on heavy equipment, industrial steel/machinery, crushing equipment and misc. fabrication. The job environment is primarily in the field with some time in a shop environment as well.
Qualified applicants:
Must be proficient with dual-shield wire, solid wire, stick electrodes and hardsurfacing stick/wire in all positions.
Must be able to work independently and make decisions pertaining to the job at hand for the best procedures and final outcome. Must be able to work in any weather conditions when necessary.
Must have a very good mechanical aptitude, and good solid layout skills.
Must have verifiable experience with a solid track record.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD to satisfy insurance requirements.
Hourly wage dependent on experience. A benefit package will be offered after a 2 month period.
Skill test required. Hours can be variable, 50-60 hour weeks are not uncommon...some weekends, occasionally some out of town.
