The Idaho Club is seeking to hire a real agent to work on-site at our golf, lake and mountain development resort. We provide the listings and the leads, you make the sales. This world class semi-private club, the only Jack Nicklaus signature golf course in Idaho, is spread across 900+ acres of lakeshore, golf course and picturesque mountain terrain. Our development is situated among protected wetlands and offers a lifestyle of year-round activities that is unmatched. Ideally located in the heart of the Inland Northwest, The Idaho Club is in close proximity to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington. JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Idaho Real Estate License required
- Direct sales experience in residential properties
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven experience in residential land sales
- Understanding of the current real estate environment
- Able to suggest appropriate home and lot price points to customers
- Keep updated on local real estate property sales and listings in the local MLS
- Manage real estate transactions and maintain compliance with applicable state laws and regulations
- Manage purchase contracts and closings for real estate transactions
