Aster Garden Design Center in Sandpoint is seeking a worker knowledgeable in landscape and garden plants and trees. Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a point of sale system. We are a happy team working hard to create a delightful experience in a beautiful green oasis for our customers. Good communication skills and a respectful, positive attitude are must-haves. Workers must be able to be highly mobile, on their feet a good part of the day and able to lift 50 pounds regularly. We have high standards for our stock quality and workers are expected to trim plants, keep an eye on plant health, water, weed, mulch and keep the checkout counter, shop and nursery areas organized and clean. This position requires applicants to be available on weekends. To apply for this position, please drop your resume by the Garden Center at 924 Superior St. in Sandpoint and say hello in person. Beginning pay $12.00/hr.
