Pay: $20–$26/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Job Description

Advanced Dirt Works and Development is seeking a motivated and dependable Excavation Laborer / Pipelayer to join our team. This position involves assisting with site work, underground utilities, grading, and pipeline installation on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation of water, sewer, storm, and excavation projects
  • Set pipe and assist operators with trenching and backfilling
  • Read grade stakes, lasers, and blueprints (experience preferred but not necessary)
  • Work safely in trenches and around heavy equipment
  • Perform general labor such as digging, grading, and site cleanup
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization

Qualifications

  • Previous excavation or pipeline experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
