Blossom and Bloom – Ponderay, ID Childcare Provider – Full Time Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour Hours: Approx. 30/week | 10-hour shifts Location: In person Overview: We’re looking for a caring, reliable Childcare Provider to join our team. You’ll work with children of all ages, creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment that supports their growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing classroom Plan age-appropriate activities Encourage social and learning skills Maintain cleanliness and safety Communicate well with parents and staff Supervise children at all times Qualifications: High school diploma or higher Experience preferred, but not required—training provided Background check and online training (State of Idaho) Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)   If you’re passionate about working with children and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
