Assistant Grounds Maintenance 


$15-$18/hr to start DOE: 40 hours for two weeks. Permanent position possible. 




Job Description: Seeking a full-time, skilled, reliable handyman/maintenance person. This is a dual position for handyman services along with grounds maintenance. Duties Include but not limited to yard work, cleaning up around the pond, burning, light lifting with the occasional heavy duty work, landscaping. 


 In addition, the position requires assistance for our General Maintenance Supervisor on occasion with various repairs and maintenance as needed, so handyman/maintenance skills are a must. 




Pay: $15-18/hr DOE. 25-40 hrs. Could become a long-term full time position. 


Experience and Skills Required





    • Gardening, raking, weedwhacking, trash pick up, burn slash, change of season winterization/spring chores, vehicle cleaning, buck wood. Assist handyman








  • Decisive with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions








    • Must be able to multitask








  • Possess a valid driver's license








    • Preferred ability to drive a manual vehicle




    • Preferred ablility to back up a trailer




    • Preferred ability to run a chainsaw








  • Must agree to a background and criminal check and have excellent references







  • Must be physically fit to bend, kneel, climb, reach, lift and/or move up to 35 lbs (sometimes over shoulder), run stairs, repetitive arm movements.




Hours: This position is for 40 hours per week. Flex schedule. Occasional weekends shared as needed.
