Partially built Penobscot 17 wooden sailboat. Owner is unable to finish building  the boat and wants to pass it on to someone who can complete it. Includes the marine plywood for the hull strakes.  Plans and instructions are with the boat as well.  The boat is in Sagle on a frame that can be moved.  The owner really wants this to go to someone who will finish it.
