COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST TRAITS: Strong communication skills, articulate with the written and spoken word, collaborative, pro-active, confident, public speaker, problem solver, shows initiative, good time management, creative, can work independently as well as being a team player.

POSITION SUMMARY: Position will collaborate with the President/CEO in development and execution of the Chamber’s communication and promotions strategy. Individual will be responsible for executing the communication and promotions plan using newsletters, websites, social media, advertising, direct mail (if applicable) and email. Other primary responsibilities include preparing press releases, managing multiple projects, working with various committees of the Chamber, measuring and reporting results. Ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
